This chapter should be 63 pages. No idea about future chapters but I'd imagine it'd be the normal 30-40 pages per month like most other monthly serializations.

Feels like we'll see how far or lack there of Negi took the Eva route from now on, despite being the closest person in her heart. It wouldn't surprise me if it reveals Negi became an eventual disappointment, not hard to pull off when he and his dad both jobbed against the life maker, and they allowed the cloning projects to proceed.

Honestly, that's probably true. I know Touta wants to both save Negi and defeat the lifemaker, and technically it's possible. He has Asuna's power and with that in the good end timeline they defeated the lifemaker and saved Nagi.

A lot of events and developments in the story helped build them closer together.

The Negima epilogue basically confirms that neither he or Touta end up with Eva. Negi dies, Touta probably goes with Mizore. Ayaka was the great, great great grandmother of the girl Asuna met in the Asuna sleeps timeline and in 2104, the year when Asuna was supposed to wake up.
