so I want to finally sit down and watch LOGH for the next few months but the chronology is fucking convoluted
should I start with "the main OVA series" of 110 episodes or what
Bump, i'd like to know too. I just downloaded it all and it's on my backlog. Does it hold up? Do i hace to give it leeway for being dated?

thanks anon
It really isn't convoluted. Think of it as the main series of 110 episodes "LoGH". And everything else is tertiary, the movies like Overture and Gaiden specials that are a prologue etc.

It holds up. Not necessarily for sci fi lovers but history buffs. So if you love political and military historical intrigue then you'll love it.
As for being old, it's kind of your responsibility to give classics leeway right? If you enjoy say Gundam 0079 then you'll be absolutely fine because this just looks very 90s.
Just finished the OVA.
It was cool.
First anime I ever finished.
Also don't watch the episode previews. MASSIVE spoilers in many different cases.

>watching previews ever
cmon
katanagatari's sabi hakukei fight is the only reason one should ever watch a preview

That fucking sexy narrator sucked me in every time though
>ginga no rekshinga mata ichi page...
Watch everything always no exception in broadcast order.
This isn't fucking hard
