He tore up half a street while in a rage during a chase, the bad guy crashed into him and hurt him, he got mad, chased him down crashed him into a building, ripped open the car door and punched the shit out of him
Mari and Asuka then vouch for him because if he's back at the station he's gonna bring food and Misato accepts because she wants him back too
