She gets better but nothing changes the fact that she looks like an ugly flat boy.
But yeah she punches the MC almost every episode, she has a few really good moments, but she's literally built like a thirteen year old boy so they're wasted on her.

It's hard to convince people, but it really gets great by the last two episodes of the first season.

The sequel seasons are much better since they move away from the focus of the MC and that punching girl. they focus on the other characters and what' happening in the restaurant. It has a pretty good ending too with the OVA.

The show gets better because best girl Yamada shows up and she's by far the most entertaining character, but then it gets frustrating because they keep baiting the romances with various false-starts for three fucking seasons.

Also the direction and general production get significantly better in the later seasons, presumably because of money.

One big problem is that the OP of the first season is so fucking good that it makes the OPs of the other two just depressing. But when they bring the S1 OP back for the big finale, fuck me if I wasn't hype.

Anyway, it's like a 6/10 show. A couple laugh out loud moments per season while usually achieving a modicum of character-based humor, decently engaging characterization, really frustrating romantic development, surprisingly good writing and direction in the actual romance scenes, keeps going back to the cross-dressing thing for no real reason, but overall it was comfy and left an impression.

ServantxService was better

You really shouldn't watch Working!! for plot progression.

Just enjoy the characters and their shenanigans, everything will wrap up by itself.
