I only just thought of it today, how the fuck does "time stop resistance" even work? Why is it that Jotaro eventually could fight back in frozen time yet when it happens to Dio, Dio can't move?

I have a theory, and I don't think it's because Star Platinum is like The World. Dio was spamming time stop around Jotaro like crazy. Not even attacking him at first, just doing it to teleport around and taught the guy. Bad translations ruin the second half which is where a lot of the important stuff happens. Rolling Stones fated him to die before he even met Giorno, and he realised he was going to die just after Giorno revived him after getting donuted by King Crimson the first time. From that moment onwards he was basically a walking corpse and he realised he'd been given a second chance against all the odds and decided to use it to make a difference and help the other two who were fated to die die for a reason. If Giorno hadn't of come along they all would have still died but not for a greater cause, but Giorno acted as a catalyst for Bruno to realise what was important and Bruno decided to make the most of it. He knew he was going to die throughout the whole story but it didn't really hit home until he nearly died to getting fisted and he realised what had to be done.

That's a bit too fast for Atom Heart Father, it's pretty slow paced as is Kira's New Life Part 1. I could see it going;

Atom Heart Father 1-4 (4 chapters, ends on the reveal that there's more than one Arrow)

Atom Heart Father 5, Kira's New Life 1, and RPS Kid 1 and maybe 2, depending on how fast paced they want the next episode to be. If it ends on RPS Kid 2 then it ends on Rohan realising the kid has a Stand and losing part of Heaven's Door. Alternaticely they could end it a bit earlier on Rohan punching him in the face for the shock/comedy value.

Then the new OP starts on the bulk of RPS Kid which makes sense since it's the start of the new 'arc' focusing on the Stand users Kira's dad made.
