Some other anon was able to download extra pages for this from the phone app but I have no idea how. I've gotten the Manga-one app downloaded and have no problems finding most ura sunday titles on there but I can't find this one for whatever reason. Does anyone know what I'm doing wrong or how the other anon managed to grab those?
I know it updates a week sooner on the app and has higher quality images than what I can download from the website.

You're better off to start translating with these if possible, it's been two weeks and that anon didn't typically post until the thread had been well over a day old. I was hoping to get this figured out so these could be dumped a week earlier but it's been a struggle.

As far as size difference it looks like the raws are natively 800x1134, and the ones on ura sunday get compressed to about ~95% in jpeg.

Swimming is an excellent way to train every muscle in your body, equally.
It's great for therapy, as well.

She's adding an honorific and I think it's something praising her akin to -senpai but more dignified like -lady or -noble. I think she's saying "tono" or something. She placing Akemi in a separate class above her but I don't know the Japense to say what it is. Unfortunately, maybe because I'm tired tonight, I just can't think of a good, analogous term in English right now without getting to formal. So if you're wondering why I felt it should be changed instead of just "Akemi" it's because it's setting a respectful tone from Hibiki which makes the joke funnier as Akemi takes her staring in a the lewd direction instead of honorific.

"Relapse" has the same meaning but can fit the theme a little better with her eating addiction...but it's not like this happened over days or months (this is her spare swimsuit from the tear that happened just minutes before) and that this caused by binging again. Personally, I like "Replay" since the same thing happens for the same reason immediately and this is an extra page you see at the end.
