No studio have the balls to animate all the explicit content of Tsugumomo and it's too sexual for a tv broadcast. Plus the chara-design is really nice and it'll be difficult to adapt into an anime. And of course the fights scenes are fucking amazing in the manga and as you know the lack of talented animators is killing the industry. No way they will manage to find a good staff with the talent to animate all these double page of scenery and fights. If there is an anime it'll be a garbage studio like A-1.

Because, for the most part, highly detailed manga don't receive their equivalent in animation. It's often quite the opposite really. Just using this season as an example, its why Bones will take something like Mob and go all out with it, but Berserk gets relegated to D grade CG shitters who've done fuck all. They'd rather take somethings simplistic and pull out all the usual tricks to try and make it look good, rather than sweat blood trying to replicate something that they'll never be able to match anyways.
And of course an anime would end up ruining the threads and would absolutely be censored to hell and back. If the TLRD anime can't get away with showing everything, what hope do you think this has?
