Given the work hours and pay, why the hell does anyone become a mangka?
Because LNs are cancerous trash and animes often have to cut down too much content.
Manga is the only saving point of the medium and all artists are our heroes. They sacrifice their wellbeing so we can enjoy our superior manga.
Because, presumably, they have a passion for what they do.
The hours may be brutal, but if they honestly enjoy what they're doing it's much less likely to feel so.
>instead of studying, keeps reading mangos and watching the anime
>fail at university exams, go to arts school
>lives almost like a neet for years
>gee I don't know anything useful... let's become a mangaka
