Where do I start? They're all as stereotypical as you can get. None have any originality to them. Any "development" in that series is forced and artificial. Hell, almost all the characters in that manga are shit stereotypes.

Ochako is probably my favorite main heroine of a Jump manga after Kurapika. Usually they're bland as shit and are useless meanwhile Uravity has possibly one of the most broken powers in-universe plus she has a very distinct personality. She's bubbly, earnest, legit like Deku for legit good reasons, and kind of awkward yet good at breaking ice with her classmates.

Only thing I can't say about her is that she's the best girl of the series, who is obviously Asui.

I can agree to that for most of them, but Alice is an interesting character to start with and Hisako and Erina both develop in nice ways (you could argue that what happened to jump-start Erina's development was forced but I can't really agree about the development itself, she took a long time to come around on Soma but a lot happened to change it and she's mellowed out a lot).

Megumi is some paint by numbers shit though, and you could remove Nikumi and the PSD group and lose nothing.

In English the word "charisma" is an uncountable quality - something that people can possess, such as "charm" or "intelligence." Pardon me cuz my memories of YYH is hazy but the impression I got from Sensui is similar to Chrollo. They both have an 'innocent past' before going down the dark path, they are unsure of their own selves but their actions follow some sort of individual code, Togashi built up some enigmatic aura around their presences. I don't think its the fact that she likes deku, or there is focus on the romance subplot; it's the odd change in pacing.
Beforehand we had a sturdy personality: bubbly, friendly, and hopeful. She had a strong motive for being a hero, and was shown to be much tougher than she looked against Bakugo.
Right now though, in the last 3-4 chapters we have seen nothing but her infatuation, she doesn't feel like the same character from the last 100 chapters.
One of the best things about BNH is that there isn't much overstatement on the manga's part. Everything is given quickly and concisely, any details are put in the back of his art.
