All of your theoretical bullshit aside, even if all you want to do is play anime songs, there are still infinitely more of them available in actual music scores than in this childish workaround language. It probably even takes less time to learn how to read actual music for these simple songs than it does to read garbled paragraphs of unorganized text.

Tabs can convey just enough information to play a song, as music sheets, but more easily because you don't have to know the notes per se. It's a valid way to play just like guitar players do.

Well, the only thing I dislike is that these virtual piano tabs are lacking tempo information. But if you know the original song, you can get the tempo rather easily.
