Full Metal had a great ending. I actually liked Iron Knights ending but that shit was like 20 chapters. Medaka Box was good in a way, watching how half the cast lost their super chuuni powers and then seeing Kumagawa make a baby with best girl and then escape into the unknown was pretty surreal.

I can't even remember how Psyren ended, I just remember seeing the MCs black hole shit doing its out of control thing and getting all thin and spiraly, and wanting to see that clash with the big bads crazy glowing tree thing that grows forever but we never got that. Just some dumb alien shit and the whole "I wasn't actually the bad guy all along!"

Satisfactory is based on the audience perception of what they personally find fitting. In all honesty, a manga can have a satisfactory ending and still be bad. A manga can have an undesirable ending and still be good. It's a matter of how the pieces of the overall plot match the story that was told.

Humans as a group will never agree unanimously on anything! Even Good Things, Even Great Things and Even Terrible Things.

So, its a matter of what you personally find satisfactory and how you create expectations for the stories you care for. And, how people react when those feelings and expectations don't live up to ideal story we had in mind.

On another note, in the usual case of a manga's ending, especially the long running series, it's easy to get off topic. Not only does the Author have to continuously work, week-to-week and month-to-month that the idea for their original story just changes. To meet their audience, the editors approval and the change the Author is going through during the serialization of their story.

Sometimes the author's ideals don't correspond with their audience, and sometimes the audience didn't grow with the stories they were reading. All in all, the desire of want tends to overwhelm the reasonable sense of thought when it comes to stories that have or had at one point engaged us.

But seriously, the journey is nice and all but an ending is just as important as the journey to get there. A bad ending would make the trials and tribulations of the journey feel cheap or unnecessary.

Oh no, it's a bad ending because, like so many comics before it a forced time skip epilogue that explains things that were never set up will always drown the initial story.

The out-of-turn happy ending in a "Chosen One" story is also detrimental.

But the ending isn't the problem for Bleach. It's a problem, but it's not The Problem. The story leading up to it didn't leave a lot of room for hope in the series.

The overly drawn out, Men invade the Heavens to kill God and become God, served no greater purpose to Ichigo's journey. It came off as fan-service for other characters, considering the main character is in less than half the chapters.

The general sensation of the manga is a superfluous ending to an under-developed story from a mediocre continuation of a Decent-to-Good Story. That's the real problem, but all the subtext of the ending is in the manga from beginning.

Pop was a lot better before they decided it to make it OP, i am willing to accept he has a lot of powerful spells but to have more physical resistance then Hyunkel or Crocodine? he all of the sudden became the strongest man on that world, the last battle was not as great because of this, it would have been more interesting with Avan and Hyunkel on the Last battle using team work with Dai even with Pop being the core of the attack
