Between him waking up in the forest and meeting Eugeo (3rd month of 378) and him being double brain dead (5th month of 380) is a little over 2 years, and two months.

That's almost exactly 20 years of life experience. I'm excluding the 6 or so months he's asleep of course. Kirito went into a coma, roughly around the time it should have been his mental birthday.
