What are your file naming conventions for anime episodes /a/?

I leave it as is because any time I change the filename my torrent client loses it and I can't seed and I don't know how to get around it.

Leave them or change them if I get the episode from another source and it comes with different formatting than the rest (_ instead of spaces for example).

I do [Fansub] AnimeName - EP - EpisodeName.mkv but I find the double dashes to be a bit annoying

I'll ususally remove the [encoder/uploader] and other useless info on the folders, but not the file names. I'm not autistic enough to rename 26 or so files just so I don't have to see useless information.

However, this happened to me once:
