Al, a weak guy when he arrived in isekai fantasy, get fucked in the Volakia's empire arena as a gladiator and get his hand chopped off. He trained until he's fast enough to be able beat a royal knight. Willheim, defeated by the sword saint, trained his ass off until he, a normal guy, can defeat a sword saint, so i guess they all start of as weak people, but get stronger later on, i'm pretty sure subaru will get stronger too
