Touma is the biggest case of plot armor and plot convenience that has ever existed.

The suspension of disbelief completely goes through the roof. It's a god damn miracle that he hasn't been simply shot dead. It's also bad writing that every enemy he's up against completely ignores all of his easily identifiable weaknesses.
