I'm 193cm. It's mostly really just an annoyance. I'm huge and in the way a lot of the time, I hit the ceiling on buses and stuff, and most computer chairs and stuff are just way too tiny to actually be comfortable in. I'm not fat, but the height makes a huge difference and it really sucks.

Hell I've read so much on milk and medical studies that milk's in fact in lots of ways harmful to humans, your teeth, your bones and so on.

How on earth could that take you years? Being able to digest milk as an adult is a mutation that occurred in northern Europe rather recently. Obviously humans got by without it, but it's advantageous or it wouldn't have spread as much as it did.

I'm a finn myself and I have absolutely no problems drinking or eating any milk products. Mutation or not (not all mutations are advantageous), I just know that it's unhealthy and simply avoid it, save for the milk in chocolate products for the most part.
