I read the first couple of chapters but sort of lost interest. Have the two body swapped people fallen for eachother? As I recall they were childhood friends, so if they have that is my shit and I'll probably pick this up again.

Well, the second most popular theory is that Yui-in-Yuuta will start dating with the obviously gay song writer guy and Yuuta-in-Yui does the same with the delinquent guy.

Then they somehow manage to switch back and realize they are going with a complete opposite type of a boyfriend than they originally intended to, 2-5 chapters more to reseolve those hijinks.
