Aizen doesn't have to know about Renji's Bankai. Only Yhwach needed to and he saw it already in the future, and during the Quincy Arc through the S - Superstar. Aizen didn't make his own illusions that's why he wondered if Yhwach was thinking he was Ichigo. What Aizen did was make Delusions based on what Yhwach wants real.

This is confusing. It's definitely Ichigo at the end, but is it Aizen who was the distraction or was it Renji made to look like Aizen? The arm and the possible trace of Zabimaru suggests Renji, but that would mean Renji got totally fucked up.

And if it IS Aizen (and indeed was Aizen all along), why did his illusion of Ichigo contain a trace of Zabimaru? He would have made an imperfect illusion containing a hint of Renji's Bankai for no reason at all.

Soul Society governs the entire world Characters like Tosen or Rangiku may have been from america for example. Everything is japanese because Ichibee made it that way. It grew back. Zanpakutou naturally regenerate. Renji got Shikai Zabimaru smashed and it was fine the next chapter. Someone as powerful as Aizen shouldn't have a problem manifesting his zanpakutou once he's free.
