subs are hardsubs*

Fine, transcribe the good subs onto the good encode. Do you care about quality or not?

If a machine could do such a thing accurately someone would have already done it
Prove me wrong.
>>144457952
Who said anything about a machine?
That said, I bet you could, with enough effort, write such a program. Identify the font and OCR becomes trivial. Compare the frames of each episode to determine timing.

if someone could it would already exist
or we could just ask dattebayo to give us their sub files. Since the anime are different resolutions I doubt a machine could determine by comparing screenshots

>if someone could it would already exist
Bullshit, it'd only be done if someone cared enough to do it. Do you care enough to do it?
>or we could just ask dattebayo to give us their sub files.
Ok quitter

That doesn't even make any sense. You simply can't reliably rip hardsubs from anime, And you'd have to retime it either way. Prove me wrong I said.
