What do you guys think of "reincarnated into another world" tropes?

Battle-Harem ones are the absolute worst, they slowly stray away from the girls and start focusing on politics and power levels no one cares about.
Lighthearted wish-fulfillment series are fine.
R-18 'I-got-a-cheat-ability-and-i'm-gonna-build-a-harem-guhehe' ones feel a bit fresh after years of seeing harem MC's pussying out.

We have like one of these threads every other day, but okay.
A good 90% of them are shit.

"I am the uwu to my kawaii
Moe is my face and loli is my blood
I have created over a thousand uwu
Unknown to 3D
No known to 2D
I have withstood oppai to create many desu
Yet those legs shall never hold any garters
So as I pray kawaii uwu desu"

Because otaku are the lowest common denominator and they're the ones with the money.
I find myself enjoying otome game isekai a lot more than most of the stuff.

A few of the more fun WN/LNs get translations. Like Jashin Average.
Or The Black Knight Who was Stronger Than the Hero. That one has a fun premise although translations are slow as fuck.
Absolutely Cancer

anon, maybe you should take your pill.

slow because they're all monthly release
Just another cliche filled sub category in anime, like other sub categories.
I like Isekai Tensei Soudouki, but it's fairly different from the norm in that rather than a person being transplanted, the main character is a native who is possessed by two alt worlders.

this and Hans are pretty good manga read cause they don't go super OP in like 5 chapters

Duke and Yuusha-Party ( translation never)
are my favourite WN

I really like the idea of applying modern tech to a pre industrial world like you're playing a civ game.
sadly that plot element is done away within the first volume for most novels.
