Come on man, I love Yamada, but Popura and Yachiro are really nice.
S1 Inami is shit, but s2 and 3 Inami is mid tier.
The manager is really uninteresting to me, but I can see if someone likes her.

Normal is shit. Below S1 Inami, who at least created a dynamic - a shitty one, but brought something into play.

First impressions are hard to fix, especially when the studio ignores her for almost the entirety of the second season after making her completely unlikable in the first.
