Just keep drawing. You won't see much improvement from drawing to drawing. You'll only see what seems to be them being worse and worse. This is because you're getting better and better, believe it or not. You're actually seeing more errors which can be somewhat depressing, but just keep drawing. It's a natural phasethat we never escape.
I wouldn't bother with specific critiques really, there's some obvious issues but I think the biggest is a simple lack of having drawn/painted enough.
Do some studies. They really do make you a better artist.

There was an imgur album with a bunch of art tutorial stuff in animu style from some guy in /ic/ I think and one of them shows proportions. I don't have it bookmarked anymore because new computer but if anyone knows what I'm talking about, could they link it?
There's also a page in Loomis' Figure drawing book which gives male and female proportions but it's a little off because it uses 8 head units and animu girls will tend to use 6-7 I think.

Realism drawing is much easier because it's something you can see. You can look at a human face and copy it. For anime it's not something that's actually in this world so you're copying someone else work at that point. You learn the real stuff so that you can learn how to bend the rules on your own.

When what you're delving in is basically fanart, you kind of have to be a lot more competitive with your pricing because you have a lot more people to compete with.
I'll gladly pay $60-80 for a good piece (and at that I'm willing to offer more if I'm being a hassle for the artist) but there's a shitload of factors involved.
And some people will work for $30-40 for a full color image, possibly because they feel that's what their talent is actually worth, and sometimes they're right about that, other times, they're figuring they can earn more money by attracting more people with a lower price, undercutting their competition, which isn't at all unreasonable.
