I always seen this as a leitmotif for Stardust Crusaders but an arrangement of it is like Jotaro's theme in DiU. Don't really think it fits

What doesn't fit about it? In Part 4 Jotaro is the one connection to Part 3 (unless you count Oldseph but he barely does anything in Part 4) and it's a memorable catchy theme so it makes sense that they'd re-use for him.
