There are three writers working on TRT. Ryukishi is very obviously also doing the art. Not sure about the remaining two, but I'd say they're working on their sprites as well. Each story will likely have different art.

Higanbana is 10/10. RGD is slow at first, gets really good for Season 3, then has a rushed conclusion because Ryukishi was fighting the dreaded japanese cold while writing it and even had to delay it once
