I dunno, seems accurate. The most popular and well known superheroes do come and have come from the US, from the golden age of comics to now. Japan might have a lot of super powerful fictional characters, but most aren't super heroes, and characters like Kamen Rider or the Super Sentai aren't as well known around the world as characters like Batman, Superman, Spider-Man, etc.

So it would probably make sense that in a world of superheroes, America is still seen as the place where superheroes are most popular in.

Technically the kind of injuries Midoriya has had should already give him major complications.

Recovery Girl accelerates natural healing dramatically. Of course there are limits to your body's ability to heal but if you could set his bones properly and make sure his tendons/ligaments are properly attached still her ability would make your healing as "perfect" as it could naturally be since it'd be perfectly immobile for the entire "duration" of the healing and not be subject to inflammation or infection.

Even if Recovery Girl existed somehow however in real life Midoriya would already have very serious complications with his right hand and both arms.

Even with perfect healing negating the need for like 90% of it he'd have to have some screws and rods in his arm because of the damage.

His right hand should be an arthritic mess and he likely wouldn't be able to make a proper fist ever again, even with magical instant natural healing to minimize scar tissue.

Deku's hand would actually look a lot worse than it did in the manga after the battle tournament, and that was a decently accurate depiction of the results of those kinds of injures. The scars I don't understand- what he did to his hand HAS to be a comminuted fracture...the scars from the surgery would be perpendicular to the ones he actually has...
