Rie Matsumoto is good, but she doesn't seem to have a strong visual identity and her last couple of works fell apart.

Deai Kotomi's my new favorite. I loved her work on Mitchiko to Hatchin and Silver Spoon s2 but boy did she drop the ball with the Rolling Girls. Still looking forward to her next project which is the new season of Natsume Yuujinchou. Hopefully she redeems herself from that abomination.
