Being old sucks

I'm assuming that when you're saying "First anime", we're not talking about stuff that's available in the saturday morning cartoon programming, and non dub.

In which case, that would have made this one my first. There were other anime that I'd seen prior. Astroboy, Samurai Pizza Cats, Sailor Moon, Dragon Ball and Z, Gundam Wing, and all the monster-catch-and-train shows... but they were all just kind of 'meh' to me. This was the one that actually got me to go out of my way to look for anime.
