PeCChi itself is just a rebranding of Project-H, which I guess will only be actual h-manga now, rather than "borderline" manga. Project-H has a TERRIBLE reputation and has for several years. It amazes me they still exist. Digital Manga Guild is where Digital Manga crowdsources translations and editing so that they just let anyone do their stuff and pay them very little. Also, as he was acquitted by the Supreme Court, and everyone from the media to the general populace found the case to be ridiculous, it's safe to say that loli has been legal in Sweden in practice since then.
