If you had posted Dark Requiem then you would be more accurate; although that still isn't an outright victory since the three scenarios in a straight 1v1 between the two are:

2. Dark Requiem gets summoned after Starve Venom, uses it's first effect to steal Starve's ATK and run it over, then uses it's second effect to negate Starve's third effect
3: Starve Venom is summoned after Dark Requiem AND Requiem has no Overlay Units. In which case Starve Venom just uses it's first effect and then runs Requiem over

The ritual spell does make it better. I also misread the third effect as having to banish a Level 5 or higher monster from your graveyard instead of your opponent's. The picture also did not help
However it still has issues. It can't be searched by Pre-Preparation of Rights. Since it's Level 8 you can't use Preparation of Rights on it either. It's also WIND which means you are limited in how you can ritual summon it.
It's ATK and DEF are fine, nuking on entry is nice. Making it the only attacker if it uses it's effects isn't really necessary when you remember that you likely had to expend your monsters in order to bring the thing out in the first place. If the third effect made it gain all the attack instead of just half it would make more sense to require attacking alone, but as is it's not that broken.
Meanwhile your ritual spell is ridiculous in that it can summon any ritual monster from your hand without any extra cost or requirement. The second effect is obviously to get out the Ritual Dragon, but you can simply run the spell without the dragon and be just as well off since there are other valuable targets like Odd Eyes Gravity, Blue Eyes Chaos MAX, and Amorphactor Pain.
I know that you want to make Rituals better, but it really feels like you need to adjust the cards. The dragon should be level 7 and either EARTH or DARK. If the ritual spell is changed so that it specifically ritual summons the dragon and that if a certain cost or condition is met, such as your opponent controls a special summoned monster from the extra deck, that you can ritual summon the dragon from your deck, then it will be better balanced. You can still mess around with contact rituals with other cards. Remember that each Yu has an archetype of the same summoning method that their dragon is just splashed into.

My biggest gripe about Action Magic is the randomness. Sure the enemy doesnt know how it works after after seeing the opponent use it he may do it as well but not proficient as an Action duelist. I dont mind this.
The randomness however angers me. Grab a random action card and look, just what our character need to get out of his pinch. Sure sometimes the action cards arent helpful but the few times this is done it's more to show a message. How Kaito is too strong even if Shun has bonds ore forcing Yuya to question his dueling. The concept of action traps even made the randomness factor even more glaring.
