I thought dungeon and dragon only has STR,CON,DEX,INT,WIS,CHA
so no willpower stat.
Also he completely control Akune in his youth, has three loyal followers in Minus arc and able to gather the little girls and other student bodies to form his own faction that gain 2nd place in election. This guy has pretty high charisma. I think you don't really understand his character and just insert your vision of edgy cool dark character just like most of Kumagawa fanboys.

Kumagawa's "willpower" isn't particularly that high---he points out that one class of people he despises are those who work hard when he can't work hard.

He also does have a certain charisma that draws people like the other Minuses or people like Akune when he was a delinquent. He can look pretty cool at times too, like when he basically dies to save Kikaijima (which is probably why she had his baby).
