Probably not long. We'll do the movie, some stuff after that showing how Bort plans to become a shinobi like Sasuke, he'll probably leave the village for a few years, then boom, timeskip.

Two things in particular interest me: seeing how Bort loses an eye and gets his Byakugan, and seeing why his headband has a traditional missing nin scratch, and the scratch he got when he lost an eye. From the looks of things, the eye scar came 2nd.

Alright, I'm gonna drop some predictions right now at the very start of the manga:

1. Boruto and Kawasaki McEdge's tattoos are actually seals containing one half of the Shinju. In order to one-up nardo's furry petting zoo and sauce's swirly eye, they're literally going to shove two parts of the God Tree up their asses.

2. Mohawk is actually a clone/experiment attempt to recreate the Rikudo Sennin by fusing nardo and sauce's DNA and as a result Asura and Indra's chakra. Thus making him and Bort, in a way, combinations of nardo and Sauce, and completing the pottery Kishimoto oh so loves.
