Did you watch past the gay shit? I'm not a fag myself but I ebjoyed the gay scenes too, there was a reason behind ot which made it even more "distuevingly natural" if you will. If you made it to the end pf the show you can't deny it's good, great characters, atmosphere and music, a plot with actual progression and a deep meaning behind it that wasn't shoved down your throat a la Princess Mononoke. It's actually my favourite show of all time and I recommend it to anyone with a hint of good taste.
