That's unfortunate. I'll admit that the beginning was better than the end, and I didn't really care for the last episode at all. I didn't really feel like it ultimately lived up to what the beginning was trying to set up. I can't really put much fault on the creators though, since they had to work with source material.

The LN was better.

It was very good.
Anime like this, Ping Pong, or JoJo, shows that there's more value adapting old masterpieces rather than ongoing flavors of the month.

Voices were alright, with some being exceptional. Migi's voice was perfect.
Character designs were pretty weak, compared to the source material.
Music was either great or shit. Especially all the WUB WUB that happened, what the fuck was that?
Story was a bit rushed. It went from start to finish, skipping anything not related to the main villains.
They didn't water down the story at all, either. What they did adapt, they adapted correctly.

I'd give it a solid 7/10. It had room for improvement, but it was pretty good.

Episodes 17-19 are arguably my favorites, I really enjoyed the series as a whole. On my first watch I easily overlooked the blatant stupidity of some characters/ actions they take. On the other hand I was positively surprised with the OST since I mainly remebered the wubs and the OP. ED is great though imo.
On a numerical score I'd say I really enjoyed it/10

Are you an idiot? the manga was set in an entirely different time, the designs were outdated not only in style, but also in the clothes they used or how they looked overall, the anime is set in more recent times, so they changed the designs to better fit said time, plus, the design has nothing to do with the overall faithfulness the show can have.
