I haven't read the latest raws since the first few chapter so I'll try and guess. When the 20 mars survivors went back to earth several of them have been given the job of eliminating roaches on earth since they have prior experience. Regular humans have captured the roaches and have started making more M.O organs so there are more people with transformation powers. Akari's group captured a roach and read it brain signals to figure out where the boss roach was hiding. His search led him to an abandoned building where a gang of people, who most likely have bug powers since their killing roaches, are harvesting roach organs and eating them.

Newtons were the ones who fed the Johj's all the information, not Rahab. Rahab designed the Johj's physiology and aggression, in hopes they'd wipe out humanity (Rahab's story is still ongoing).
Ivan didn't cure it by himself, he was able to easily take the virus into himself and produce enough samples to create a cure.
And the biggest problem are the Johj's on earth and the Newtons trying to take over everyone.
Also, Chinese were framed for the most part.
