Although we are on the cusp of the three episode rule kicking in, right now I'm watching 21 different shows when before I'd average 9-11. And honestly, although some are a little dull like Seisen Cerberus or Endride, I don't really anticipate dropping any. This season is pretty stellar imo. I took a peak at Summer and although not all the shows have been announced yet, it looks like I'll be back at my normal average, unfortunately.

If you haven't yet, you might also want to check out 12-sai and Hai-Furi. 12-sai is AOTS contender and Hai-Furi has potential with it's interesting plot twists, also as a shoujo anime and cute girls + war anime they would farther increse the variety of your list. I agree OP, there is a lot of good stuff going on this season.
Bakuon, Flying Witch, Kumamiko, and Tanaka-kun are all top tier SoL.
Joker Game, Mayoiga, and Luluco all bring something fun to the table.
Kiznaiver has mediocre writing but excellent-tier direction.
Sakamoto and Agetarou are great comedy from DEEN for the second season in a row.
And gg resurrected to sub TWO mech shows in the same season, both of which are fun as hell minus the horrible /m/ shitposting.

Maybe 2016 is going to be a good year if this keeps up.
