If you're jonesing for a retelling of LoGH, just get the novel in English and start learning moon on the side. Volume 1 is out, with two more licensed and in production. By the time Viz realizes LoGH doesn't sell and pulls the plug on the translation project, you'll be able to read the novels in the original Japanese with some effort.

Anyway I got the novel today, I've flicked through it and I'm thoroughly happy so far. It seems to read like an actual piece of literature. But damn it's quite large, I have a Japanese first edition of one of the volumes and it easily dwarfs it since it is pretty pocket sized. I wonder if we'll get artwork in the later volumes like the first editions have. Fourth first edition has a picture of the Empire soldiers which is pretty nice.
