Hey everyone, beginner here. Whenever I start with a face, I can never draw the shape of the head in afterwards. I only have a very basic understanding of how to draw heads at all, but if I start with the head I can then kind of figure out where to put the features of the face, just not the other way around.

I was hoping somebody could spend a couple seconds quickly outlining a head onto this sketch for future reference, and/or maybe give a pointer or two on how to do it myself. I've tried drawing a separate head/face to the side and using that as a reference, but it still feels like something's off. I considered maybe I fuck up the proportions of the face without realizing it, so it then ends up looking weird regardless, although I can't really discern that either since I'm still a beginner anyway. Maybe I should just stick to starting with heads?

Also please excuse the shitty lines and poor technique overall, phone picture of an analogue, and that maybe this is the wrong place to be asking for this kind of help. You're waifus are all beautiful.
