Neither the guy above, that's pretty much Gamagoori and while she feels profound respect and cares deeply for him its comradery rather than romance.

It probably be someone strong but with a sophisticated gentle side. Someone able to aid her but also that allows her a shoulder to rest and enjoy the positive things in life. Look at Soroi which at the end of the series was still the sole person Satsuki allowed herself to relax completely and share her wishes and insecurities. She doesn't need to be a warrior or political figure around him and her lover more likely be someone able to offer her the same.

I don't like characters that turn into moeblobs.

I find funny the surprising amount of praise and trust Satsuki deposited in Aikuro as if she honestly think he's an admirable person. Seems the evil dictator face was really an act.
