This season is a disaster. It's subtly killing Yuru Yuri as we know it.
I can't watch this shit anymore, guys. And this coming from a guy who watched S2 literally 10 times.
>just watched the camping ova literally 10 seconds ago
>expected it to be a mishandled insult to YRYR
>get an ok SoL
Whatever. Im just grateful to hear their voices again.
fanservice was pleasant bonus
What's the trick to back hip circles? Sakurako or "bam" then "gu"?
all these gets
I think it's mainly because of S2Ep11, which almost everyone can agree is the best YRYR episode. Well, that and the way more characters were developed and brought into the fold.
While I wasn't too impressed with the first three episodes I have to say that four and five have considerably changed my view. This season is doing quite well and is still a credit to the series the way I see it. The manga is just as good as ever and the adaptation is faithful so it's hard to really go wrong. Sakurako being unable to write the correct kanji was hilarious and TYO even added an extra bit of cuteness to the scene where Chitose is trying on all of the different outfits.
Always loved season two the most. Just seemed like an improvement on an already amazing show. Plus the ending is god-tier.
Toshino Kyouko is a ho.
Not as good as the first two seasons but still very fun.
I want to have sex with Ayano
I don't think those emotional episodes were as great as the rest but I do like that the characters were more developed and a few more characters were used. I really loved Sakurako since S1.
The timeloop isn't something you should pay much attention to. I know people point it out a lot but it's not unheard of in fiction and it's only mentioned a few times.
The camping OVA was wonderful, even gave off iyashikei vibes.
Dogakobo was funny but also tended to overdo the humor and after two seasons the jokes had become horribly repetitive. TYO is more subtle with the humor but on the other hand removed too many things that were beloved by the fans, like the AKKARIIN-intro.
As someone who didn't enjoy S2 that much because of the repetition of jokes ad nauseam I don't think any of the two is better than the other, they're just different. But dokakobo came first and thus it's the norm against which TYO is being measured.
S3 so far had the same amount of character development as S1 and S2, more or less zero.
>mfw season 3 is rated higher on MAL than the other two seasons
I mean not like I'm surprised at MAL's fucking garbage but really.
>Why does everyone always focus on the negative?
Well no shit, this is /a/
I'm liking this season a lot too.
I like S3 but I just hate Yui's design.
I MISS DOGAKOBO YUI, BRING IT BACK.
