Wormpussy aside, I think my point still stands: even if in UBW there's a development in the whole "superhero" thing, I feel like he's still way too influenced by Kiritsugu, where in Heaven's Feel (even if it was for a few days, but I don't think so) he's just doing for once what he wants to do, and not what he thinks is right.

Basically in Heaven's Feel, for once, he's just being himsel, and not some Kiritsugu copycat.

How come in the Fate Route everyone tells Shirou to back the fuck up and let the more experieenced masters and servants handle everything, yet in UBW everyone encourages him to be a super hero who fights using projection magic?

Shirou basically became a bystander and let a lot of people die because he got obsessed with Sakura. All while deluding himself that making Sakura live a happy life will compensate for it, as if that should be determined by him and not the people that died or those who suffered because of it.

He's even shittier because he suddenly decided all the world was reduced to Sakura and therefore all his decisions and beliefs should revolve around her, even if it means damaging others or himself.

Maybe it's not the right thing to do, but humans do that, they commit themselves to something, willing to give everything for that, even if it means hurting oneself or others.

Does Shirou project a copy of Risk Breaker to take back saber? If not, why would or wouldn't this work?

There is nothing wrong in taking inspiration in other people to give shape to your ideals. Many things are built upon something that already exists, and it doesn't make them any less valid.

What is wrong in UBW is that it only levels up Shirou's moralfaggotry and makes him twice as insufferable. His ideals never get properly explored, and because it's such a vital plot point, it makes the plot crumble under a thousand pages of nothing. The only thing he got out of it was take Archer as a lesson to not become a counter guardian, but he's left unchanged since the start of the route.

I like Tohno Shiki and he's mostly stationary in his development in Tsukihime. I dislike Kurosaki Ichigo even if he changes and pingpongs around as a dynamic growing character in the manga.

Being dynamic or static means nothing in how good a character is.

I don't think you understand tat word. Shirou never forces his morality on anyone but himself, and in UBW he learns to relax it a bit, as he understands that logically, it's not always possible to save everyone, but at the same time it's not wrong to try.

There's nothing really needed to be added to that. It's a very reasonable goal: help others as much as you can, but know that sometimes, shit happen.

Is not that Shirou decided to commit to someone, he outright thought Sakura's life was more important and above the hundreds of lives that were lost. The fact that throughout the route he still makes up excuses for allowing something horrible to happen and deludes himself that everything will be ok if he just makes up for how much destruction Sakura did (which he can't) makes him disgusting.

He did something horrible out of selfishness, yes, but that layer of self-deception is what makes him truly disgusting.
