You're waifu is fit, anon. Why aren't you?
B-but I just broke 2 PRs...
I know, OP was a faggot so had to post it.
I'm trying to push myself to get started on it.
>all those artificially gym-produced roid-muscles
How about working in civil and underground engineering sites and get some real muscles and strength?
You wont look too pretty, but hell, you will be able to lift.
>Ottermode gives you more strenght, yet is still practical.
Well, it all depends on what you're waifu likes. I think ripped is the ideal, and if you're ottermode already you're just a couple of steps away.
>Lifting 5 times a week
>Taking 3+ martial arts classes a week
>Biking almost daily
I-I'm working on it!
I'm still stuck at 170lbs with my bench, but I'm working hard to beat it. A year ago I couldn't even do a pullup.
170 isn't that bad but when you get to 225 you'll think "can't wait until I can bench 315" then you get to 315 and think "I'll never bench over 300 pounds might as well train for aesthetics"
>How about working in civil and underground engineering sites and get some real muscles and strength?
Feels gud man. Both the feeling of finishing that building from scratch, and the cold beer and cig afterwards, while watching your little girl shows still with your dirty overall on.
according to scientific studies, it's been proven relationships work better when an optimal fit threshold is met, which is me chubby with a fit waifu
My waifu is as frail as I am.
Depends on what you consider fit. Im a 100kg powerlifter that has 230kg deadlift. If thats considered any good.
>without leaving my room
Good luck achieving results with this attitude, faggot.
There's interval sprinting aka HIIT aka tabat sprints, iirc.
Great results, but very exhausting, you best be in some shape if you don't want to injure yourself or throw up.
Just git gud and do things efficiently.
And look for exercises yourself, this is your baggage to carry, don't expect everyone to put it in your mouth.
>implying I have any hobbies other than reading manga and going to the gym
Wouldn't want to disappoint my waifu with poor health
still though, last time I worked out I could do 150lbs
and I was 16 back then
Ottermode here. Any basic, workout-machine-less shit I can do without making much noise on a third floor apartment?
I did squats, chest-press, and pendlay rows today.
My body looks acceptable, but it doesn't mean jack-shit since my back and parts of my torso are covered in acne scars and chickenpox marks.
I was expecting to hear sympathy and comfort I guess.. But really though I'm on my feet all day as a machinist and bike over 80 miles a week. Just can't seem to drop to fit status.
>Ottermode gives you more strenght, yet is still practical.
Different body builds are built for different reasons, just like weapons are made for different purposes.
Body type will be impractical if you deliberately ruin it or recieve negative results in general and use it wrong.
Ottermode is just low body fat, but not as weak as skinny.
Through years of masturbation to loli, I can now beat anybody in arm wrestle. It's just that nobody wants to play with me.
My nearest gym is a bus ride away and would cost me 10$ a day in bus fare to get there.
In order to afford the gym and bus, I need money first. Getting a job means losing a lot of time I could use to work out, and the other option involves earning money by sitting on my ass in front of the computer.
But there is very little liquid in my workplace, surely not enough to drown. Also when did I imply that my feelings were shitty. I'm perfectly find sitting in the corner of the room masturbating while my waifu gets ravaged by the fit husbando she truly deserves.
Work out in front of your computer.
Holy shit what
You can't do a simple part time job? 4-5 hours a day working would mean no time to go to the gym? No one said you have to be at the gym all day to get results.
Also ever heard of walking? Or if its too far how about a bike?
>go to gym
>keys fall out of pocket while benching
>this dude sees mai waifu in the keyring
>he stares with a smirk
I've got a skinnyfat/otter body. So I don't look fat or out of shape. I don't really care about aesthetics anyway.
What I want to know is when I'll stop dying when I exercise and getting a sweat on from a speedy walk? I don't look it but I'm out of shape and unfit. What's the best way to conquer cardio and enjoy it?
I just started mountain biking again. Sure feels nice to
have a sore butt from riding over gravel and stones.
I'll get super fit for my waifu, she deserves it.
Do it more.
I guess if you can do it indoors the AC will help you through the hardest part, but in the end you're going to have to actually run. Try couch to 5k if you're really that out of shape.
>it'll just give you high endurance.
That's the type of fit I need for my waifu if you know what I mean.
Starting my creatine cycle this Monday. How can she be my waifu if I'm not physically attractive?
I don't deserve her if I don't strive to better myself.
She's not my waifu but I’m doing it for her.
In the end of it all, she will have never known the effort and pain you dedicated to her. She will never even know you exist.
Yeah, its not that your back's not breaking early on in your life if you work too fast.
Even with all them machines available, in the end its still the good old muscle-propelled shovel that is doing much of the work.
Im going to tell you right now. Creatine wont do anything for you unless you also lift heavy weights, and eat tons of high protein food daily.
Creatine is just an additional boost you use when you're already on the gain train. You certainly don't "go on cycles" of creatine unless there's special circumstances.
you just take it.
She isn't what I would call "fit," but she does have that extra bit of chubbiness in all the right places.
I installed two 300', 16-inch, prefabricated oil risers in three days.
Unless you can duck tape those shovels to all your limbs and turn into a dirt blender, you will never impress me.
Yep, already aware of that. It requires heavy lifting, which I do every day after work, I'm also bulking, so I'm meeting my daily caloric needs as well.
The creatine is just a boost, its water weight, that will help me push out that last rep.
I'll be there soon. Just give me another year.
