I tried looking other places but came up short, so fuck it.
Why is the backpack of my model not textured while the rest of it is? Ive already tried flipping normals.
Flip the UVs themselves in your editor, maybe.
probably textured view is bugged. try viewing it in material mode
Did you assigned the material and texture for the backpack mesh? That may be the problem..
Is the backpack mesh in the object with the rest of the soldier?
Do you have any additional materials or textures?
My guess is that the backpack uv is assigned to some additional default material that overlaps the material with your texture, and thus it's rendered normal.

check how many UV channels you have and if the UV have the same faces as the backpack.
unwrap again if all fails
