So I'm down a hand for a bit and buttloads of hotkeys aren't really an option. Are there any especially mouse-friendly modeling programs out there? I just need polygonal modeling shit, so no need to factor in rendering/texturing/animation.

Recommendations?

blender uses a bunch of hot keys but can also be easily used with a mouse

Why aren't hot keys an option? Between custom shelves and the marking menu i basically only use my left hand in Maya to switch between a few tools and move the camera. I could map those keys to the extra buttons on my mouse if i wanted but it isn't necessary. Buy a mouse with programmable buttons if you don't have one already. I have a logitech G300 that i bought for like 50 dollars 4 years ago and it still serves me well.
