HI.
A few days ago i installed runescape and it told me to update my video driver, i click the shit and rune dont work. i uninstall il.

Today i open Rhino 5 and notice that the lines are shittier and pixelated.

Dont know what to do. plz help

You didn't say what card Amd or NVidia. Get GeForce experience and it will download the correct driver for you. Don't know what the Amd equivalent is.

m8 runescape is not even running on gpu

you need to just re-install the driver from amd website and clean up any previous installations

Uninstall and then reinstall. If the latest drivers are glitchy then uninstall them and use a previous version.
