How do i fix this? My normal's aren't baking correctly they have wavy lines on them.
normal maps don't change geometry, only detail that's projected on faces of existing geometry
Your UV map and the edges on the object don't match the grid.
That's why you're getting the squiggles

Plus your high poly here has a 90 deg bend instead of any sort of chamfer so I'm not sure what you're expecting to happen.
If this is your first time baking normals I would suggest baking 3D geo to a 2D plane (using floaters or high poly mesh) to get a feel for how normal maps work, what they can do & what they can't. Normal maps are best for faking surface detail, they can't make a cube look cylindrical.
