Made in houdini, what does /3/ think? This is the flipbook http://imgur.com/a/TYYpW

it looks fine for me, but it always depends about what thing blow up , you know what i mean
needs more red
>>499300
Noted, fixing that now.
>>499300
How about now?
>>499309
Later part of the sim
>>499309
I was thinking more like a dark orange and red blending in the carbon black smoke like in the pic.
The two on the left are darker and the buring after the inital explosion(like you got going on), the one on the right is the explosion which is very bright and not much carbon black smoke.

What is blowing up? What kind of explosive reaction is it? What is the environment it is happening in? What is the scale of the explosion? Are there any chemicals involved that would alter the explosion?
>>499315
I was going for a medium-large scale fuel explosion
>>499318
>fuel explosion
Needs more red then. In fact more gradient in general.
Yours basically goes yellow->grey.
>>499323
Sorry, kind of a newb at this, but how do i turn up the gradient in Houdini mantra?
>>499323
Better? And again, how do you up the gradient in houdini?
>>499350
Yes, i know, but how do i fix these things? Iv'e only started, and would like some tips.
>>499351
I don't know. All I know that it physically looks wrong.
>>499352
