My readings are a form of energy scanning, looking at the energies around your own as well as the connections shared between them. I would but I have a phobia of driving to far, unknown places. My tires blew out in the middle of the Arizona desert driving once, almost died. Okay, the average commission is 6% right? The average home here runs from 400k-800k. For sake of simplicity lets go with 5% commission on a 400k house, which would be $20,000 commission. 70% of that taken away would leave me with $6,000 for doing very little work. Fuck cold calling, go door-to-door. A veteran hustler once told me the story of a RE firm that had an old guy who knew EVERYTHING there was to know about RE, but he got destroyed by a 20something girl who knocked on 50 doors every day.

I know a guy who used to prospect door-to-door when he did RE, and he made a mess of money. When the bubble popped, he ended up working as a roofer until he got picked up by an insurance company, where he makes a mess of money. For what it's worth, selling burial plots is surprisingly good money and about as stable a sales job as you can ask for. I know a few former RE agents who do that now.
