First of all, I would like to let you know:
I know I Robot is a terrible movie.
I know I[spoiler]'ve let you down [/spoiler]Robot has no grain of truth whatsoever.
Now then...
I want to be a robot.
What I want is rather specific. I want to transform into a robot detective instead of a regular robot. I want full control of my robotic form. I do not want to harm or kill or risk doing either. I want to hopefully keep my soul. I would like it to painless, or at least fast or I can get used to it.

If you'd bothered to research this before bringing it to us (the fact that you didn't suggests you aren't serious), you would've come across Montague Summers' book on the subject. It contains a bunch of folklore methods that probably don't work. But then, all the rituals and potions you'll find online, here included, are probably either going to do nothing or poison you.
