Didn't see any threads about this so I thought I'd start one.

Post creepy, obscure/old or just weird websites.

404pagefound.com is a good place to look.

Maybe it's meant to symbolise a nazi but the uniform is more communist/soviet

No, look at it, there's a dead soldier with a gas mask (far more ww1 related than ww2) and the children are helping Germany rebuild which then leads to the reformed soldier

Must have been written by someone stupid anyway
>>
There was a website that I can't remember the name of. Its main starting page had a boy's sillhouette sit at his computer and he would type onto his keyboard whatever you were typing.

I don't remember much else from it, other then that it was sad. I think one of the parts had something involving drowning, could be wrong about that.

Another site I recall was this bizarre borderline edgelord critique of Western civilization that would start out I think with a guy dressed up as a weird green monster. The part I remember the most was right after, where it'd do this creepy zoom-in on this evil looking IRL smiling girl in red with a screeching noise. Then it'd show footage of mutilated or starving children put with a goofy commercial for matresses with people bouncing around and having a good time on it to mock Western callousness, greed and hedonism in relation to the Third World. Then there was some stupid version of Jack and Jill involving sex and I gave up at that point, it was moving from genuinely scary to retarded.

I've done my share of reddit bashing too, but damn it, I can spend five minutes on reddit and see new info. I can read every page on /x/ one thru ten and it's the same old topics interspersed with people calling each other the same old names. If you're lucky like once every two weeks, maybe, something new shows up on /x/.

The reddit ARG link for instance has something new darn near everyday: https://www.reddit.com/r/ARG

Mid-late 90's. Cruising around Angelfire directories to find something interested. "House of Kahn". Various pictures of white and olive skinned women in distress, tied up, and etc. Advertised snuff films for sale (original definition of snuff). Torch.gif all over with yellow text and dark brick background. No registration: just an old school CC authorization and login creditiinals. Scared the fuck out of me. Never found it again. Bonus: who remembers the original Stile Project? That and the Palace were my go to daily haunts before I found out what pussy was.

There were other gore sites before that. There were a few message groups (that's not what they were called.. The term escapes me right now) and BBSs dedicated to shit like that. Was too afraid and didn't really want to get involved.

There used to be a site called Toxic Junction, but they then got bought out and remade into NothingToxic, and then finally they went to something else...

Also, TheNausea.com was a website around in the early 2000s ( Post 9-11) where you could find the very first found footage of the war in afghanistan. TheNausea was allegedly taken down by government hackers., though more than likely it was some white or grey hatters; my reason being along with war footage they showed animal cruelty videos and opted for change. W/E. I like seeing the world as it really was at age 16.

There's the Children's Immortality Project

It's a series of strange rantings by a lunatic (and likely pedophile) who claims that there is a magical child who will save the world, and that he wants children to come to him for auditions.

Also, a lot of people who go on that guy's site claim that they get virus warnings or strange ranting emails sent to their outlook inbox.

There was a creepy pasta/possible REAL ritual I saw on /x/ about 6-7 years ago.

It was a ritual that was dated in the 80s, supposedly performed by magicians using the early internet, to create a new living Deity out of the internet, espousing Truth and Knowledge about all things. It was literally attempting to shape and turn the internet into a Living God (im sure there are countless other rituals for other things.), but this one had actually been performed by a group of practitioners in the 80s.

This reminds me:

Does anyone else know about the ARG from a few weeks ago? I'm convinced /x/ accidentally stumbled onto an advertising campaign too early while it was being set up, and the company had the /x/ mods delete all mentions of it and ban everyone who tried to talk about it. It had some connection to Jurassic Park, apparently, but it wasn't FOR a Jurassic Park movie.

Commercial ARGs being abandoned really interests me, since there's no way to really "clean up after yourself". Like the "Have You Seen This Man" pic, everyone always says it was viral advertising for a movie but the movie itself got cancelled.

There was a classmate in my high school who thought that everything on rotten.com was fake. At that time, I wondered why he had thought so. Why would those pictures be fake? Even if those some or all of those pictures are fake, does that mean gruesome crimes don't happen in real life? I guess living in a sterile environment where you're not exposed to real-life violence directly tends to give you a rosy view of the world.

I remember some weird website that probably no longer works, but I don't remember the actual URL. It was in 2006.

Actually it was 2 sites. One was called something like 'demon of dreams' and the other 'angel of nightmares' (the URL contained something like that).

Both had an anime (maybe hentai if IIRC) image and were linked.

If you clicked on the pic or on some link there you were redirected to something weird. In the demon of dreams it was a page with an image of guy in a suit with horns and red skin (a devil of course) with the text 'what would the devil do?' and a space to write a question to which you'll receive weird answers like 'rape the pope, skin your dog, etc'.

The angel one redirected to a 404 IIRC, probably had something similar.

I remember both sites had other links to weird things but I can't recall much of it. I think the devil one had a gallery of violence themed guro.

Does somebody know what I'm talking about?

I used to visit this site all the time, it looked to be a company that organized hunts for exotic animals in far out locations. I used to browse for shit like that all the time before wikipedia, because I liked seeing crazy looking animals. I remember it being a very strange site, promoting ideals about hunting. At first I wasn't impressed, but my brother was browsing through the site, and he found a gallery not linked in the nav.

The gallery was filled with insane looking animals, most of them with HUGE, long horns. The animals themselves were often huge, being pictured beside the hunter that killed them. The animals were almost always either deer-like or rhino-like, but with odd coloring and extreme features.

The pictures looked to be very genuine, no visible edits, although this was probably at least 10 years ago so I could be remembering it differently.

Life happened and I had to move, taking my computer with me. About a year ago my brother asked me if I could give him the url so he could show his friends, but I can't seem to find anything.

Does anyone remember this website, I think it was called "Satan made me kill my family" or at least that was the header when you opened the site.

It was plain black text on white, no links or anything, just a story about someone's abusive family.

Really disturbing imagery for me at the time, like how when the kid got in trouble the parents locked them in a closet with a dried out human skin suit. Or how the kid was threatened not to tell anyone everyday by the mum, I think, putting scissors to the kids tongue and threatening to cut it off.

I'm pretty sure I read it sometime between 2005 and 2008.

I used to go to that website a lot to re read the story, but one day I typed in "satan made me kill my family" and I couldn't sort through all the links that came up.

Dude my brother discovered it a few years ago when one of his teachers assigned it as homework I think. I have literally spent hours playing around and watching orbits develop, and I'm not even high, I just find it mesmerizing somehow.

It's really fun to spam OMFG sized objects until you have this massive red black hole and try and throw other objects at it so they don't get sucked in.

It's also cool to see what happens when you create 20 protodisks at once, shit takes forever though.
>>
>>17375374
Edit: I recently found an easy way to make a "solar system' of sorts is to create an OMFG or huge object just outside the edge of where protodisks spawn, and then make a disk. After the dust settled I currently have 5 planets in orbit, though the 18 other unaccounted for objects is slowing it down a bit.

Hmm, I'm really not sure! I was into alien conspiracies and satanic cults and things like that around that time frame, I think I just stumbled upon it putting in those search terms in different combinations.

Another thing I remember is the text itself was all in caps. And it must have been about 5 pages in length? Again, it was black text on a white background and had no links or images or anything else defining. I think the writing was quite good, considering it was possibly written by a le edgy XD teen/adult.

I'm not sure how old the website itself was, I didn't know to look for things like that back then... Is it possible it expired?

Idubbz - I have no respect for mr cancer
H3 - His videos were good when he made them in his old house
Cr1tikal - No problem with him, he's literally the only ok person on here.

this is to badly written to be true. Pity. It would be interesting if things like this didn't happen trough the text:
"Right above this plant (that doesn’t exist in real life) is a Jesus-like figure but is definitively not Jesus."
>emphasize that rainbow colored glowing plants do not exist
>implying to know how Jesus looked

The creator of that site actually did an interview:
https://hablandoconsinceridad.wordpress.com/2014/07/22/interview-with-randy-prozac-creator-or-sentimentalcorp-org/
Not sure what he's talking about most of the time, but it kept my interest

Does anyone else remember Esotericamerican? It was a website that had printable pictures that you would use to summon a yokai (demon) that could help you reach enlightenment or something like that. It was made fairly recently but has been taken down for awhile now . There were some anons who tried it too. I guess it could've just been a ruse but it would be nice to know what happened

I don't get what the alternative is? If the new world order is brainwashing us by keeping us all happy, but the happiness is false, then what is the true happiness people would have without the illuminati? I understand that the price is high to pay if you need to be in constant war, but apparantly we have anti gravity so therefore we don't need oil so why war ?
>>
>>17359568
Yeah but we need more of it I mean.
