The title of the page is "k m t h z stta ssot an a - key". I tried googling that, but the only result was the same webpage. Most of the page is just black.

I was suspicious of the black void at the top of the page, so I brightened it up in Photoshop and lo and behold, a secret message.

The first code is base64 for "we are awake", while the second is base64 for "https://you4£žme/8XÅ0f O2VRs". However, there is a chance that I am misreading the symbols.

The numbers at the bottom of the page are decimal code for "The key is hidden here".
